Dr Mia Farr BVSc

Dr Mia Farr qualified in June 2000 from Onderstepoort. From there she worked in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Botswana. She has a keen interest in animal welfare and has spent 7 years working at various animal welfare societies where she developed an interest in surgery.

In her search to improve her skills as a vet she enrolled and completed a certificate in veterinary acupuncture through the Chi Institute of Florida. She is passionate about integrating her skills as a western medical practitioner with complementary medicine such as acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Ilisca Van Wyk

Theatre Assistant

My name is Lisca, and I've always wanted to work with animals since I was little. I've been doing volunteer work since the age of 7 at various animal welfares. I love giving advice and helping animals wherever I can, because they are my passion. My biggest dream is to become a veterinary nurse one day.

Inke Taljaard

I have always loved animals from a very young age and it became my passion as I have grown older. It's a dream come true for me to be involved with animals every day and assist where I can. I am proud to be part of the team.
