My name is Lisca, and I've always wanted to work with animals since I was little. I've been doing volunteer work since the age of 7 at various animal welfares. I love giving advice and helping animals wherever I can, because they are my passion. My biggest dream is to become a veterinary nurse one day.

I have spent my entire working career doing what I love; and that is working with animals, from providing medical attention to training. Working at Animal Matters has given me the opportunity to further pursue my passion and I get to do that with each new animal that walks through our door everyday.

My passion for animals started at a very young age, from nurturing baby birds to saving drowning ants. My passion grew for horses and dogs even more so, I grew up on a plot of farm animals and I have a very strong passion for animal well being and know this would be my career focus. I Qualified as an Equine Bodyworker in 2014. As a teenager I used to volunteer at Wildlife Sanctuaries as well as numerous outreach projects. Working at Animal Matters is a dream come true as I would like to pursue a career as a Veterinary Nurse.
