Dr Mia Farr - Veterinarian

Dr Mia Farr

Dr Mia Farr qualified in June 2000 from Onderstepoort. From there she worked in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Botswana. She has a keen interest in animal welfare and has spent 7 years working at various animal welfare societies where she developed an interest in surgery.

In her search to improve her skills as a vet she enrolled and completed a certificate in veterinary acupuncture through the Chi Institute of Florida. She is passionate about integrating her skills as a western medical practitioner with complementary medicine such as acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Denise Kleinhans

Theatre Assistant

Have been in the veterinary world for 20 years. Even though I studied teaching, my passion lies with animals. I like the practical as well as administrative side of veterinary work. I am a sucker for kittens and is a proven foster fail.

Ilisca Van Wyk

My name is Lisca, and I've always wanted to work with animals since I was little. I've been doing volunteer work since the age of 7 at various animal welfares. I love giving advice and helping animals wherever I can, because they are my passion. My biggest dream is to become a veterinary nurse one day.
